Good flooring, slow delivery

I bought some natural bamboo flooring planks for a bedroom. The product quality is excellent, really brightens up the room. Customer service was responsive when I called with a question about tracking. My only gripe was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 9 days to reach me in Florida. I think they could improve the speed there, but overall I'm satisfied.
